Young Enthusiasts from Orhangazi Received Aviation Training During their Midterm Break

The activities of the Orhangazi Aviation and Training Association for young aviators continue. As
part of the Basic Flight and Simulator Training organized by our association, young enthusiasts
from Orhangazi received a total of 20 hours of training over 5 days.

The training, conducted by airline captain pilots, covered the following topics: Basic flight
principles, Airbus A320 takeoff and landing procedures, IFR instrument flights, VFR visual
flights, route planning, navigation methods, reading SID and STAR charts lining out vital flight
information such as speed, and aircraft maintenance stages and practices. These topics were
taught both theoretically and through hands-on simulator sessions.

On the last day of training, participation certificates were presented to the students by Captain
Ergin AKGÜL, President of the Orhangazi Aviation and Training Association.
